 My Review
4 Brilliant Stars!

Have I mentioned that I flove Belle Aurora? If you haven't read her books you are really missing out..BIG TIME! SO grab any one of her books and get reading. Okay yes, its been a long wait but Bella always makes it worth it.Another awesome book that made me smile so hard and even get a little emotional.

This is book 3 in the 'Friend-Zoned' Series and this one is about Max and Helena. You can read these books as stand-alones but why would you do that when you can start from book 1 and read all the way to this one.You have to read them all they will have you laughing out loud, swooning and falling in love.

We have met Max in the previous books and you see him as the funny, flirty one and a single- father who loves his little girl so much. We don't really see much of his serious side.It's heartbreaking seeing him struggle as a father at times and I wanted to reach into the book and hug him because he truly is an awesome father and he needed someone to strong to be with him, someone loving who could made his house, a home.


Helena is Nat's sister and we briefly meet her in 'Love Thy Neighbour'
I didn't know until later that her and Max would be paired up but I was looking forward to how it would all work out. Helena is just so funny!
I loved this part!!

"Firstly, old man, it's stub your toe.You need English lessons.Secondly, I stubbed it really bad that time.It was hanging by a thread! If I didn't use the Band-Aid when I did, not even plastic surgeon would have been able to save my pinkie toe."

Even Helena's dad was funny! Oh if I wrote down all the scenes I loved I would probably be spoiling the whole book since I did highlight a shit load.I loved all the supporting characters as well as the main ones, they are all so funny, quirky and they all form one big family bound by laughter and love.

Helena moves next door to Nat since she gets a new job close by and this is how Max meets Helena. But Helena isn't interested in him, or so she says.After meeting Max and being rejected on her sisters wedding she wants nothing to do with him.But fate has other plans..plans filled with laughter, love, family and even some tears.

He steps closer to me, his hand cupping my waist. "I want you.I want you more than anyone I've ever wanted in my life."

Can't wait for more in this series ;)

5 TWISTED, DAMAGED, ADDICTIVE STARS!!


This is how it began..

JUST DROPPED EVERYTHING..hellooo book *strokes phone* I have been waiting a long time for you (weird evil accent is being used) *kissy faces*

This is how it ended..

YOU BROKE ME BELLE! I kind of hate you right now but I still love ya!
when I saw ***Author Note: This is not a love story. This is a story of love gone wrong.*** my brain was like hah! its lies don't believe it, things always work out in Belle's books.right? RIGHT? ..oh hell no coz I was sooo wrong! Stupid little voice in my head trying to get me killed but I'm so glad I read this book because omg it's brilliant!

I usually stick to my happily ever afters, like come on don't we have enough bad shit in real life, why read about sad things huh? But then I have them days where I pick up a book and say break my heart baby..okay I don't really..I don't talk to books..pfft nah that ain't me..
But yeah sometimes you read a book that breaks your heart, turns you into an emotional mess and leaves you thinking about it for Months and years days later and having the whole story flash in your mind and it haunts you all over again.

You’re nobody ‘til somebody loves you.

This isn't your normal love story, it won't leave you with bubbles of happiness and rainbows..nah it will crush you, haunt you, stalk you ;)
Right from the start the story gripped me and it never let me go.I finished this book all in one day as I couldn't stop reading it, even though at times I was confused, hurt angry and so many other emotions that I can't even name.

The condition of being habitually or compulsively occupied with or or involved in something.
Synonyms: dependency, dependence, craving, habit, weakness, compulsion, fixation, enslavement

This is a story of an addict, of abuse, of hope, of destruction.
This is a story of two people being link by hurt, two people desperate to fill the void in their lives.

The characters are damaged both Lexi and Twitch have had a tough life.Their relationship is dysfunctional, colossal mess of hurt, love,lust, anger and yet there is so much more to it. Twitch..Oh Twitch my heart ached for him, for what he went through. I wanted to reach into the book and give him a big hug and make him feel loved because that's what he needed, what he lived without for too long. But then there were times I wanted to punch him in the face and scream at him for not being open, for not communicating, for being so damn hard to read!!

“Monsters don't always lurk in the shadows. Sometimes they hide in plain sight.”

Lexi was a strong character, I really liked her even though I sometimes felt like omg why would you let him do that? Twitch became her weakness and in a way he was as much of her addiction as she was his.Being a victim of abuse, that will always stay with you no matter how old you get, no matter what happens. You can either live life thinking about it daily and being bitter about it or you can make something of yourself.You can rise above it.You can change and give someone the hope and help you never got. Lexi fell into the right side where as Twitch fell into the bad..but who are we to put people into boxes? Life is full of choices and this story shows you how your choices bring consequences sometimes good and sometimes bad.

Twitch isn't a hero.Twitch needs help. He won't save you if he is here to punish you.
First book of 2014 and Oh yes it started with a bang!

Okayy what can I say? other than Belle you frikin rock!
After reading the synopsis and some teasers I already knew I would love this one as much as the friend-zoned series even though it was totally different there were still parts that were hilarious!


Nox walks forward to Rock, places a hand on his shoulder and asks in complete seriousness,"How about I run you a nice bubble bath?"

Rock shrugs his hand off harshly."Fuck you, motherfucker"


Delilah “Lily” Flynn has lived a very sheltered life with her overprotective father controlling her life. He says it's for her safety but what is it he is trying to protect her from, is she really in any danger? Unlike her sister Lily sticks to the rules and does what her father asks of her but what happens when she is taken from her bedroom..blindfolded..captured?
Her boring, safe and secure is no longer the same..

Nox job isn't to babysit anyone, he knew this job would be trouble so when he has a task of kidnapping and taking Lily to a safe house to protect her of the danger she is in things go from bad to chaos.Lily is a real piece of work and all he wants is for it all to be over with so he can do his normal work. Nox doesn't exist nobody knows him and its the only way he has this job, he can walk away and never be traced.

“Standing face to face with a still pissed Nox, I find myself getting pissed, too. Nox just has that effect on me. I swear this guy must’ve been conceived through back door action. There’s no way being that much of an asshole is natural.”

As much as Lily irritates him she also intrigues him, she isn't like any woman he has met and she captures his attention.
Lily finds comfort in the friends she makes during her captivity and doesn't want to let them go. With no idea where her parents and sister are and a death threat looming over her head what will she trust Nox to keep her safe?

“Can't help who you fall in love with, princess.”

Okay I loved Nox, Lily , Rock and Boo!! Omg Belle you create some brilliant characters!This book made me laugh, sob, swoon, jump up and down in joy and so much more.This book is in both Lily and Nox's POV which I loved as you get an insight on both characters which makes you love them even more.I was hooked from page one and I could not stop reading.

Dude, I would love for Rock and Boo to have a book I swear I would so buy it!! And do a happy dance ;) I loved Rock ohhh he made me laugh and I really wanted to be in his head C'mon now how brilliant would that be?!

Belle Aurora go get writing so I can read and love more of your books woman!

Right this book is brilliant.. you should all go read it!!
I was so excited to find out more about Asher (Ghost).In the first book he is reserved and quiet i always wanted to know what was going on with him. Wow did this book really develop his character I loved everything!

Asher 'Ghost' Collins and Natalie Kovac shared a passionate night together. One neither of them can forget.So why are they avoiding each other? And what will happen when Nat finds out Asher is her new neighbor? Can they be just friends?

"I don't make it this way, Nat. You do. Ever since we... You've been ten times the bitch you normally are. What you don't get is,' he leans down and whispers, 'that does something to me. It makes me wanna soothe the tiger in you. Bend you over another table and pound you into submission. Because that works with you.' His lips brush my ear. 'From a tiger into a mewing kitten. And I like that side of you, pretty girl. You think you're puting me off with this supreme bitch act? Nope, all you're doing is making me hard."

Haha! There were so many parts I laughed out loud but there was also a lot of heart breaking emotional moments! This book had a bit of everything and I just cant wait for more.

One minute I was like..
Next minute..

Asher..Asher..Asher I bloody love ya!I felt so sorry for him with all that happened to him and admired him for being so strong, carrying on and being a better person.

I love Nik for befriending him when they were younger,you find out that he really does love Nik and Max as brothers and Niks family is Asher's family.Nat and Asher are just perfect for each other they both need one another.


"I won’t ever admit it to her, but somehow, she soothes me. I used to sit next to her in the booth only to sit back, close my eyes and let the sound of her voice penetrate me. The sweet, smooth sound would banish any memories of my dad."

It dawns on me and with a small smile, I tell him sincerely, “I love you, Asher Collins.”

5 Amazing Stars!!

This book had a little bit of everything in it.I was hooked on it the moment i started reading and yes i stayed up late to finish this book and it was soooo worth it!

It is a story about Tina who has moved from California to New York a few years back to get away from the past that still haunts her she owns a boutique opposite a club called The White Rabbit.She watches a gorgeous man come out 3 times to take his cigarette break and he never smiles.One day she decides to send him candy wax lips and a note.

“Smile sometime, handsome.”

Nik the owner of The White Rabbit doesn't date and is upfront about what he wants.He is curious and wants to know who sent the candy and has told his brother Max to find out who sent them and bring them to him.

Cute girls wanna kiss. I don’t do that shit. Kissing means special things like relationships and girlfriends. And I don’t have relationships or girlfriends. I have fuck buddies. Because I fuck. Often. I most definitely don’t make love. I might not screw hard all the time but even slow screwing is just screwing.

He thinks Tina is after a relationship and is shocked when she just wants to be friends..


“So we can be friends, right?”

Wait, what?

I stare at her, a frown forming at my mouth.
Did I..? Did I just get Friend-zoned?


Nik and Tina struggle to hide their feelings for each other.They just want to be friends right?

“Tell me you want this as much as I do.”

I love all the characters in this book they are amazing!

Tina
Tina is a funny woman she makes people smile and everyone loves her..well other than She-devil Sissy :D She is a warm and kind but also broken due to an incident that happened in her past..

Nik
Ahh Nik he is awesome he is charming..He had a rough time as a kid he had to grow up fast and has demons to overcome, his past life is never too far away I love all the guys Max,Ghost and Trick and the girls Mimi,Nat and Lola!


Ohhh i just found out the next book is about Ghost and Nat! 




CAN.NOT.WAIT!!
