4.5 Beautiful, Enigmatic Stars!!

I don't even know where to begin with this review and explain to you all about what I felt whilst reading it.I tell you now this book really makes you FEEL everything! So much happens and all the up and downs make you feel like you are interlinked with all these characters.This story was much more that just a normal story.This was real, powerful and consuming.

'In the dark. What are you like in the dark?'

When I got asked to review this arc I had no clue what it was about and I read the title and was like Fish Tales? Tell me it's not about a guy who turns into a fish or something bizarre like that haha. Luckily I checked goodreads and well that's when I discovered that this book has amazing reviews,so I thought why not lets give this a shot. i didn't actually read the blurb or reviews it was more on the ratings and I prefer not going in with too much information since I know it can put me off at times, causing me to miss out on some incredible books.

'This was the real story.This was how it started.Not with locked eyes during romance and sex, but with blood.'

I don't feel like I need to summarize the book since the synopsis gives you most of that anyways but what it misses out is what a painful, brutal journey you experience whilst reading this book. I recommend you go in blind and experience everything. One of the things I absolutely loved was the writing. This book is written BEAUTIFULLY!

The story starts so lovely, it has a slow and beautiful sensation of falling in love, feeling on top of the world.Light and airy, like you could do anything.It's brutal how this book lulls you in to a sweet innocent atmosphere away from anything painful and then allows it all to crash down on you when you least expect it.I remember getting half way and to that one massively painful part and being so angry. SO angry. I couldn't believe the turn things had taken and how had it got there. I was Eric, I understood what he did and it may have been wrong but it was real and I felt like in that position I would have done the same. My heart broke for him and everything else fell short. Nothing else mattered, I rooted for him wanting him to be successful finding happiness again yet I felt his ache, even in all the happy places there was this raw ache that wouldn't allow him to be fully happy.

'I could never hate you.But now I can never love you.The two nevers cancelled each other out.Leaving nothing.'

But in the end after all the pain, anger, misery and failure, every single emotion he went through things had to be forgiven. Everything he went through, which I went through with him, there came a point where it all made sense where there was this calmness and dulling of the pain. So in some ways time does heal. Things had to get right again and it would only become like that when every missing part of Eric was put back together in a sense. I never thought I would feel like that by the end but I did and that's a first which makes this author even more awesome.

'They gathered together in the evenings, yet each struggled alone.'

I can't wait to read the rest in this series and I'm hoping they are all as amazing as this one. I need to know what happens with all the other characters and if things would go back to normal, what is normal? I have a lot of unanswered questions I hope they will get answered in the next books. Btw there are so many sections and quotes I highlighted. SO MUCH!

4.5 Beautiful Stars!

I loved this book, it's just what I needed after reading some meh, okay ish books that really didn't do it for me.I need to firstly mention that I adore this authors books and writing, it's just amazing! You just don't expect the things that happen to happen and I have been meaning to review a book of hers. Every time something happens and I totally forget or I'm so busy I don't get a chance but this time I said to myself, as soon as you finish you will review this book even if its a short review so here it goes ;)

'People in town called him an asshole, and I could see why. He wasn’t nice, he wasn’t stable, and he was broken in all of the wrong and right places.'

I heard this was an emotional read and a lot of people had written in places they cried and I have got to agree it did have the heavy emotional bits that ripped you apart but there was so much more, it was funny, sweet, raw and beautiful.The author did a brilliant job and I vow to never put off any more of Brittainy C. Cherry's book that I download!

"No soulmate leaves the world alone; they always take a piece f their other half long with them."

This is a book about two people who have gone through a hard time and lost loved ones, it changes people. It can turn some into monsters, it can cause you to become closed off and shut down or it can change you for the better. Death changes people, you never come out the same. But you have to always remember that everything happens for a reason.

I don't want to go into detail about it because I think people need to stop reading synopsis and just kind of jump into books and find out for themselves. Experience it without reading what its about or knowing exactly what you will be stepping into. This book does have twists you don't see coming and basically I want more. The main characters were great even supporting characters I want Faye to have her own story. Tristan and Faye's shit burning seen was frikin hilarious!

'During the light days, we held each other close.During the dark days, we held each other closer.'

The one thing that made me mad was near the end half. Tristan you do not do that, that was messed up. I understood why he went and why he needed to but no communication? So abruptly without calmly thinking things through and I get it things where pretty crazy but being in Lizzie's position I don't know if I could be that forgiving but other than that it was awesome and I'm looking forward for more!!

5 Beautiful Stars!

I don't know what to say about this book. After I finished I had so many emotions swirling around that I really don't know which one came out on top.The writing style and depth of this book blew me away. This is a book about hopes, dreams, a journey and two soul mates. You know when you meet someone randomly and feel like you have known them forever? I believe we have met before, that our soul recognize the other and we gravitate towards each other. Some people are just meant to meet and some plans are just meant to fall apart. This book moved me, made me question so many things and..wait for it..yes because of this book I now have a journal. Booya!

I don't want to repeat what many of the other reviewers have already said I think this is one of those books you pick up without knowing what the pages hold and let yourself explore without having preconceived idea of how you think you will feel whilst reading this book. Just jump in and let the feelings and words take you on a journey.There isn't just one emotion you will feel whilst reading this book there are just too many to write down and some emotions without names because some emotions can never be put into words, only ever be felt.

“Okay then,” he said, trying to think of something quickly. “I’m afraid of sleeping another night without you. How’s that?”

This story is about a couple and it sounds like its going to be boring.. BUT its soooo not! Well done Tiffanie DeBartolo! You took something that people would think ah that will be boring because what could possibly happen eh? And you made this story beautiful! You made it into a story that will always stay with me and make me question life and about living in the moment.You brought to life two incredible characters and made us feel their every emotion.This book gripped me from the first page and I don't think it has let me go just yet.

This is a book about Trixie and Jacob. Two souls that drifted together and found solace.This book deals with faith and well I thought that may cause me to not like this book.I don't believe in fortune tellers but I do believe in God and that everything happens for a reason. But when I read it, it wasn't a book forcing an opinion on me which I enjoyed and faith and religion didn't make up the story there was a lot more to it.Hopes, dreams, loss, heartbreak and so much more..

This review took me a while to get round to I had to gather my thoughts and feeling and I know I havent told you what happens in the story but thats the best bit! You just need to go read this anddd this is another book I need to get in paperback I need it on my shelf! You know..when I win lots of money from somewhere since the amount of paperbacks wishlist is huggeeee!

5 Unforgettable Stars!

This is the first book I have read by Mia Sheridan and I totally want to smack myself because I have had two other books by her and never got round to reading them.After getting this one recommended a few times I decided enough is enough and this shall be my next read.And how bloody glad I am that I did end up reading it because this is one amazing book!

The characters, the story, the emotions and the beauty of silence. This book made me feel so much and left me craving more.I just really didn't want it to end and I want more so yeah this will definitely be one of the books on my re-read pile and one I need as a paperback. So I can..stroke the pages and hold it.Hey I'm not weird..I know lots of you do the same so don't you be judging me! :D

If you haven't read this book you really need to! Like now! This story will leave you swooning, crying, laughing and best of all falling in love and wishing you could curl up inside this book and never come out. I don't know what to tell you about this book without giving too much away, it's just one of those book that you should go in blind.Don't read lots of reviews and spoilers and what not.Just read the book and experience it without have preconceived ideas about how it will turn out.Just jump in with both feet and let the story unfold and let it take you on a beautiful journey.

Archer's Voice is about two lonely characters and when their paths meet so does their souls. Both with tragic pasts that they haven't let go of and a will to carry on. Archer Hale made my heart melt! I can't put into words how he made me feel because there were just too many emotions. I loved Bree and Archer together and how they strengthened each other but also as individuals.

The majority of this book is written in Bree's POV but we also get flashbacks of Archer's past and a little bit from his POV. This is a standalone and even though it is a part of a series it can be read separately as the books are based on different characters.

"I want to be able to love you more than I fear losing you, and I don't know how. Teach me, Bree. Please teach me. Don't let me destroy this." He looked at me beseechingly, pain etched into every feature of his face. 

Oh God, Archer, I thought, my heart squeezing tightly in my chest. How do you teach a man who has lost everything, not to fear it happening again?

I would highly recommend this book! And Mia Sheridan I will be reading EVERY book you write ;) A book that shows you how you don't need words to describe your feeling, you don't need a voice to express your love..Sometimes the silence speaks louder than words. You don't need a voice to create change, you need determination, will and a whole lot of love.

5 Beautiful, Unexpected, Heartrending Stars

Sooo after finishing this book I decided to check out..raisins in my toast.Those of you who have read it will totally get what I am talking about and those of who haven't read this book..uhmm whatcha waiting for huh??

So yeah back to that silly song..What can I say I am a curious person ;)

After listening to it I was like..

OMG its friking stuck in my head and my family thinks I am going crazy *facepalm* Raiisssssiinnnnnnnsss...

What an brilliant book why oh why did I not read this sooner?! I have had it on my to-read list and the arc for ages and when I spotted the paperback I thought oh well why not, its got great reviews and I will definitely be reading it, I just didn't know when. Soo I finally got round to it and loved it (totally kicking myself for not reading it earlier)

“I hate to say it, but shit really does happen. You just have to get over it. Beat the hell out of it by doing things that make you happy.”

This book starts off and you meet twenty-year-old Camryn Bennett whose life isn't exactly great everything she planned gets ruined by circumstances and she is so sick of living the normal life.There is something missing in her life and she goes on a journey to find that missing piece.She decides to jump on a Greyhound bus with nothing but essential necessities and see where the road leads her.With no plan, no idea of what she wants to do..will this turn into a beautiful adventure or a beautiful disaster.

“I think that if past lives are real then we have been lovers in every single one of them. I've known you for a short time, but I feel like I've known you forever.”

On the bus she meets Andrew who is taking a long journey for a whole different reason.They are similar yet so different, both looking for an escape, both needing more in life and wanting to find the missing piece to make them feel complete.

When I started this book I was like hmm its a bit slow atm I really didn't like Camryn's friends no wonder she felt so low but as soon as you meet Andrew Boom! this is soo good! He makes everything better..can you tell that I am in love with Andrew? Where can I find one of him? Ahhh if only fictional characters could come to life!

'Never thought I’d intentionally sleep on a bathroom floor next to a toilet while sober, but I meant it when I said I would sleep anywhere with her.'

I fell in love with this book, I was on a journey I lived what they lived and I never wanted to return to reality.I read this book non stop I just had to carry on and read more even thought I never wanted it to finish.I laughed, I cried and I loved..

Andrew is so damn perfect and I loved how he challenged Camryn and the banter between these two was hilarious.Andrew wasn't exactly living the perfect life before and when he met Camryn but he never let it show, I loved his happy go lucky attitude. He seemed so positive and filled with life, I loved how deep he was, how he could make you think/look deeper into simple things you never would have noticed otherwise.

“Just because one person's problem is less traumatic than another's doesn't mean they're required to hurt less”

There came a part I was not expecting and my heart stopped! And I was like oh god please no no no! this can't be happening..say its not true! SAY IT!! I was just going through so many emotions I was sure I would explode!

By the end of this book I was soo sad that I finished it yet soo glad that I finally read and loved it.This is the second book I have read by J.A.Redmerski and I can say Bravo woman! you bloody rock and I will be reading more of your books!!

Soo..book 2 here I come ;)
